Identification label – is used for the purposes of proper identification of products, semi-finished goods, components or warehouse units during production and logistic processes. It is an element of tracking systems, tracking of the product movement at particular stages of production and in the broad supply chain. Identification labels are essential for proper operation of quality and complaint processes. It is possible to withdraw a faulty product batch from the market on their basis. They most commonly appear as permanent foil labels with a printed code and identification number.
Application
Identification labels for tagging laboratory samples stored at low temperatures are designed for analytical and microbiological laboratories. They enable fast and error-free identification of samples as well as accurate tracking of the course of tests. The labels have excellent adhesion to all types of vials, ependorfs, multi-well plates and petri dishes. Also, the centrifugation process does not adversely affect the adhesion of the labels to the tubes. They are resistant to storage in dry ice, they work well for multiple freezing and thawing cycles. They guarantee the legibility of printed barcodes even after many years of storage. Identification labels for low temperatures are a component of the etiCALLS laboratory system.
Frame identification number labels allow you to track the production process of the chair, identify the production batch. Special, tested self-adhesive labels are resistant to very high temperatures and agents used in the production process. An identification label affixed to the chair structure ensures that the printed information is legible after the entire production process.
Identification number labels applied directly to electronic components, PCBs allow you to track the production batch of a component. Data related to the production of a given product (serial number) is most often printed in the form of a barcode or a 2D code. PCB labeling identification labels are electrostatically inert, resistant to very high temperatures, and the agents used in the SMT and THT assembly process. Durable, abrasion-resistant printing guarantees the legibility of the barcode or 2D code, after going through the entire production process.
