What identification labels are used in the electronics industry?

Electronics manufacturers use highly durable self-adhesive barcode labels or RFID labels that enable product identification at every stage of production and remain on the product until the end of its service life. Identification labels for the electronics industry are resistant to high temperatures, moisture, UV radiation and aggressive chemicals.

Durable marking of PCB boards

Printed circuit boards (PCBs) require markings that guarantee full traceability under extreme conditions. PCB identification labels must retain perfect legibility after passing through demanding technological processes – including wave or reflow soldering, where high temperatures prevail and aggressive chemicals are used. Our protective films for electronics can be removed easily without leaving any adhesive residue. We offer precise shapes cut from film to the exact dimensions of screens and panels, which makes it possible to genuinely reduce the number of complaints.

Rating plates for computers, televisions and monitors

For manufacturers of IT and RTV equipment we offer ready-made rating plates made from self-adhesive labels. This is an exceptionally practical and cost-effective solution whose main advantages are an aesthetic appearance and lightning-fast application. A strong industrial adhesive ensures that the label adheres permanently to plastic or metal housings without drilling holes.

Thanks to the use of modern materials (polyester, polycarbonate, polypropylene), the rating plates show high resistance to the temperature generated by components, to UV radiation and to abrasion. The flexibility of the material allows application on curved surfaces. Thermal transfer printing, in turn, enables the precise application of technical data, certificates (CE, RoHS), as well as barcodes and QR codes.

Insulators, conductive and shielding elements for electronics

The production of modern electronics requires maintaining a balance between controlling the flow of current and blocking electromagnetic interference. This requires the simultaneous use of three groups of materials:

• Conductive elements made of copper, silver, gold or aluminium – they form the “bloodstream” of the devices.
• Insulators separate individual circuits from one another, preventing short circuits and protecting the user from electric shock.
• Shielding materials (EMI) are special metal foils and conductive gaskets that form a barrier against electromagnetic waves, protecting sensitive components from radio noise.

Energy and marketing labels for televisions and monitors

We support display manufacturers at the stage of preparing goods for sale. We offer comprehensive printing of energy labels that are fully compliant with the current legal standards of the European Union.

We also supply personalised marketing stickers for housings and screens (on cling films or with removable adhesive). They effectively highlight the technical parameters of the devices, such as 4K/8K resolution, OLED/QLED technology or refresh rate, without leaving any traces after the customer peels them off.

Security labels and warranty seals

Wherever protection against unauthorised access is required, warranty seals and security labels are used. We offer products made of specialised materials:

• brittle (destructible) films – which disintegrate and crack when someone attempts to remove them,
• Void films – which leave a permanent, visible message (e.g. VOID/OPENED) on the housing after the device has been opened.

We produce these labels to specific dimensions, integrating them with unique serial numbering, barcodes or the customer’s logo, which effectively protects against unlawful warranty claims.

Printed user manuals and warranty cards

Our offer for the RTV sector is complemented by the production of product documentation. We provide printing of:

• multilingual user manuals (brochures),
• compact quick start guides,
• precisely made warranty cards.

Membrane and front panels for electronics

Membrane and front panels are responsible for the user interface, functionality and design of devices. Etisoft produces decorative and functional panels for consumer and industrial electronics:

• For industry: We supply hermetic, multi-layer membrane keyboards resistant to chemicals, moisture and wear (high IP rating), equipped with mechanical embossing and windows for LCD displays.
• For the RTV sector: We create aesthetic decorative panels and trims with precise reverse-side printing that imitates, for example, brushed aluminium.

Thanks to die-cutting technology, all panels have perfectly matched, selective adhesive layers and precise openings for infrared (IR) sensors or LED diodes.
