Product label – used for the purposes of proper product marking. It is most frequently applied directly to the product or to its packaging. It contains basic information important for the end customer such as the name of manufacturer and product, logo, composition, date of manufacture and/or bar code etc. In many cases it performs the role of both descriptive as well as colour marketing label used for proper recognition of the product and brand by the consumer.
