The IntraBot Fork and IntraBot ReachTruck autonomous forklifts are designed for the transport of pallets, baskets, racks on wheels, pallet boxes and other transport units. The AMR mobile robots lift the pallets off the floor and transport them around the warehouse or production hall, from the loading point to the unloading point. The IntraBot Fork autonomous forklift is a mobile stacker robot that lifts EUR1 and EUR3 pallets and other transport units with a maximum load of up to 1400 kg. The lifting mechanism allows the transport unit to be picked up from the floor level, from roller shutters and placed on the shelves of racks at a height of 3 m. The IntraBot ReachTruck autonomous forklift, equipped with extendable forks, allows you to pick up pallets from the closed side, put the load on roller shutters and stack them up to a height of 5 m. Designed to transport EUR1, EUR3 and other units with a load of up to 1500kg. Equipped with 360-degree safety laser scanners, a safety zone control system and autonomous navigation, AMR self-driving forklifts ensure collision-free material transport by cooperating with people and warehouse infrastructure.

MODIFICATION OPTIONS
The IntraBot Fork 3.0 self-propelled forklift is an upgraded version of the IntraBot Fork 2.0 robot designed by our subsidiary – Etisoft Smart Solutions. The modular design of the mobile robot and its own production allow for easy modification and adaptation of the trolley to the requirements and specific needs of the customer.
FAST RETURN ON INVESTMENT
An autonomous forklift can replace up to 4 warehouse employees. The mobile robot can work 24 hours a day, even in dark warehouses, cold stores and difficult production conditions.
PRECISION AND ACCURACY
The AMR IntraBot Fork 3.0 mobile robot positions itself in relation to the pallet or basket thanks to the vision system installed on the robot. The correct location of the load is confirmed by the use of load presence sensors.
SAFETY
The IntraBot Fork 3.0 autonomous forklift has an advanced safety system consisting of, among others, a number of sensors that provide information about encountered objects, approaching employees and the presence of loading. The robot is equipped with 2 2D Lidar safety laser scanners that cover the entire area around the robot. Optionally, the robot can be equipped with 3D Lidar.

AUTONOMOUS ROBOT MOVEMENT
The AMR mobile robot moves fully autonomously along defined routes and areas, avoiding obstacles. It is equipped with two laser scanners of 2D space, but can be retrofitted with a 3D lidar that scans space below and above the level of scanning space by 2D lidars.

The IntraBot ReachTruck mobile robot positions itself in relation to the pallet or basket thanks to the vision system installed on the robot. The forklift is equipped with an AI-powered vision system that learns new loads on its own.
TECHNICAL PARAMETERS
AGVs and AMRs are supervised by the IntraFleet software. The IntraFleet fleet management system makes it possible to design logistics processes and manage the movement of robots, taking into account the infrastructure of the production hall and warehouse, as well as employees moving around. The IntraFleet system is a web-based application that plans single or combined missions within the framework of a single course, manages robot movement, e.g., by avoiding collisions and congestion, provides necessary statistics, and is compatible with ERP/MES/WMS ensuring automatic exchange of data with the customer’s systems in real time.
Integration with the customer’s systems
In addition to robot fleet management software, we also specialize in system integration using database technologies. In the course of implementation, we connect our intralogistics systems based on AGVs/AMRs to the customer’s systems like MES, WMS, and ERP. By doing so, we ensure full integration of IT systems in the factory and automatic triggering of robot orders from the customer’s internal system
WE ANALYSE, DESIGN AND IMPLEMENT
Together with our company Etisoft Smart Solutions, we provide complete internal logistics systems based on various types of AGVs and AMRs. When preparing a customized offer, we conduct a pre-implementation analysis, design the whole system, and simulate the implementation. The objective of these actions is to assess the customer’s processes and logistics infrastructure and to prepare a concept for load transport using AGVs or AMRs. The pre-implementation analysis helps to decide on the implementation, presents the level of required investment, as well as benefits for the customer after the implementation of the automated intralogistics system.
