IntraBot Fork autonomous forklift truck

The IntraBot Fork autonomous forklift truck is designed for transporting pallets, totes, and wheeled containers. The autonomous forklift AGVs/AMRs move independently along the designated warehouse or production floor routes from the loading station to the unloading station. They autonomously pick up pallets from the floor and transport them to the designated location. The AGV/AMR forklift truck, equipped with a safety system and autonomous navigation, provides collision-free transportation of materials, collaborating with people and warehouse infrastructure. The IntraBot Fork automated guided vehicle has been designed for lifting and transporting wooden and plastic EUR1 and EUR3 pallets with loads of up to 1100 kg.

The autonomous forklift truck can replace up to 4 warehouse workers. The robot can work for 24 hours, including in dark warehouse halls, cold stores, and harsh production conditions.

MODIFIABILITY

The IntraBot mobile robots are designed and manufactured by our subsidiary Etisoft Smart Solutions. Their modular design makes it easy to modify and adapt the robots to customer requirements and specific needs.

SAFETY

The Fork 2.0 mobile robot makes it possible to transport materials in a collision-free manner, collaborating with humans and warehouse infrastructure. It is equipped with an advanced safety system that consists of, among other things, several sensors that provide information about encountered objects, approaching workers, and the presence of the load.

Application of the autonomous forklift truck

The IntraBot Fork is perfect for manufacturing plants and warehouses, where it is impossible to install special infrastructure for load picking. It replaces traditional forklift trucks.

In production halls:

  • supplying components for production,
  • picking up finished products/semi-finished products from production and their transportation to a storage or shipping area,
  • delivering and collecting tools and raw materials to production stations,
  • collecting garbage and production waste and their disposal at the appropriate zone.

In the logistics and warehousing area:

  • transporting products and goods to and from the warehouse,
  • transport between picking areas and buffer warehouses,
  • organizing empty pallets in warehouses and supermarkets,
  • other transport activities inside production halls and warehouses.

Mobile robot management software

AGVs and AMRs are supervised by the IntraFleet software. The IntraFleet fleet management system makes it possible to design logistics processes and manage the movement of robots, taking into account the infrastructure of the production hall and warehouse, as well as employees moving around. The IntraFleet system is a web-based application that plans single or combined missions within the framework of a single course, manages robot movement, e.g., by avoiding collisions and congestion, provides necessary statistics, and is compatible with ERP/MES/WMS ensuring automatic exchange of data with the customer’s systems in real time.

Integration with the customer’s systems

In addition to robot fleet management software, we also specialize in system integration using database technologies. In the course of implementation, we connect our intralogistics systems based on AGVs/AMRs to the customer’s systems like MES, WMS, and ERP. By doing so, we ensure full integration of IT systems in the factory and automatic triggering of robot orders from the customer’s internal system.

WE ANALYSE, DESIGN AND IMPLEMENT

Together with our company Etisoft Smart Solutions, we provide complete internal logistics systems based on various types of AGVs and AMRs. When preparing a customized offer, we conduct a pre-implementation analysis, design the whole system, and simulate the implementation. The objective of these actions is to assess the customer’s processes and logistics infrastructure and to prepare a concept for load transport using AGVs or AMRs. The pre-implementation analysis helps to decide on the implementation, presents the level of required investment, as well as benefits for the customer after the implementation of the automated intralogistics system.
