Devices collaborating with AGVs and AMRs

An intralogistics system based on AGVs and AMRs is complemented by a closely integrated supporting infrastructure. Thanks to these devices adapting the system to the existing plant infrastructure is much easier and more efficient. During the implementation of the mobile robot system, already at the design stage, we take into consideration and then deliver a complete system that includes additional logistics and warehouse infrastructure:

Automated pallet warehouse

An automated pallet warehouse is a storage system for EUR 1 pallets that collaborates with the IntraBot Lift mobile robot and a forklift. The pallet dispenser is supplied with empty pallets stacked on top of each other. The autonomous IntraBot Lift mobile robot pulls up to the warehouse, picks up an empty pallet one at a time, and then carries out its transport task. The automated pallet warehouse is then ready to release the next pallet.

  • Warehouse capacity: 15 empty pallets

  • It helps to manage the empty pallet circulation in the production hall

Pallet docks

Docks are the major logistics sections where vehicles deliver and pick up loaded pallets. They serve as starting and ending points for production lines. Their design makes it possible to install platforms, roller conveyors, and automated conveyor belts. Sensors allow dock occupancy status to be monitored.

Roller conveyors

Smart roller conveyors are a series of gravity or powered roller conveyors fitted with sensors. Such a solution provides information about the number of available pallet spaces, authorization for autonomous load delivery, throughput indicators, and delivery planning.

  • Load capacity: 550 kg or 1100 kg
  • Compatible pallet standards: EUR1 or EUR3
  • Can be operated with a manual pallet truck
