KUKA KMP 250P self-driving transport robot

The KUKA KMP 250P mobile robot is a stand-alone AMR platform of the topload type designed for the transport of loads weighing up to 250 kg in industrial environments. The model is distinguished above all by its high flexibility of operation, compact design and the possibility of integration into a larger fleet of KUKA robots. Compared to other KUKA transport robot models, the KMP 250P is smaller, more manoeuvrable and better suited to working in confined spaces. The KUKA KMP 250P autonomous transport robot is equipped with advanced 360° safety systems – laser scanners and 3D cameras. The KUKA KMP 250P mobile robot is also available in a cleanroom version.

KUKA KMP 600P autonomous transport robot

The KUKA KMP 600P autonomous transport robot is a state-of-the-art mobile AMR designed for transporting loads weighing up to 600 kg in production halls and warehouses. The KUKA KMP 600P impresses with its compact design, high manoeuvrability and the ability to work in confined production spaces thanks to the diffDrive differential drive.  The integrated lift lifts the load in two smooth steps to a height of 80 mm to ensure the safe transport of the transported goods. The KUKA KMP 600P self-propelled transport truck avoids obstacles autonomously instead of stopping and waiting for the obstacle to be removed.

The KUKA KMP 1500P mobile robot is an autonomous AMR platform designed for the transport of various logistics units weighing up to 1.5 tons. The autonomous transport robot is adapted to work in production and logistics environments, has an IP54 protection class, and inductive charging allows for 24/7 operation. The KMP 1500P model is used to carry heavy loads even in narrow aisles. It is distinguished by very precise SLAM navigation and the possibility of accurate positioning using QR codes with an accuracy of ±5 mm. The KUKA KMP 3000P mobile autonomous robot is an advanced AMR platform designed for the transport of very heavy loads weighing up to 3 tons. The model is distinguished by an omnidirectional drive, which allows you to move in all directions without having to turn around, making it perfect for tight industrial spaces. Compared to other KUKA mobile robot models, the KMP 3000P offers a significantly higher payload and a more advanced omnidirectional motion system for transporting large and bulky components.
