Problem, reason and troubleshooting:
1) Ribbon is not wound
* the ribbon is led by an incorrect path – lead the ribbon through the correct path (strictly according to the scheme on the inside of the printer cover);
* the thermal print mode is enabled – switch the printer to the thermal transfer print mode;
2) Ribbon is wrinkling
* the ribbon is incorrectly loaded onto the rollers – mount the ribbon onto rollers in a correct manner
* the print temperature is incorrect – correct the print temperature setting
