Problem, reason and troubleshooting:

1) Material does not leave the printer
* material was led by an incorrect path – lead the material through the correct path (according to the scheme on the inside of the printer cover);
* the print head mechanism is open – close the print head mechanism

2) Material is not lead ina parallel manner
* the edges of the material are not limited by guide bars – use the material guiding limiters;
* the label roll is not held – set the roller guide to the correct position;
* the printed material width is much smaller than the print head width – regulate the print head position with the control screw.

3) Print is not correctly printed in the label
* the material type setting is incorrect - correct the printed material type (in USTAWIENIA ETYKIETY (LABEL SETTINGS) option within software);
*the photocell sensitivity setting is incorrect – set the appropriate photocell voltage by means of the control potentiometer ;
* incorrect data sent to printer – correct the transmission parameter settings.
