Thermal transfer printers enable printing on many roll-packaged materials, such as paper and foil labels, glueless materials, cardboard tags, PVC tags, nylon or satin care labels. The printing elements are thermal transfer ribbons supplied on rollers with bobbins of diameter of 25.4 mm.
WARNING!!!
* Always open the cover fully, otherwise the cover may shut and injure the user.
* Do not touch the print head; the print head may be hot directly after printing.
* Pay attention to the print head edges to prevent injury.
When the printer casing cover is opened:
* Use the blue button to open the print head arm.
* Use the blue button to open the photocell arm.
* Load the labels roll and lead the material band according to the appropriate scheme.
* Align the left edge of the material with the position notch and close the photocell and print head lift mechanism. For CLP 8301 printers, center the materials, and then close the photocell and print head lift mechanism.
* Close the printer cover.
* Turn on the device.
* Press the FEED button on the printer’s control panel to set the material to the start of a new label.
