The main task of insulators is to protect the electronics against all surges emerging between the various electronic components as a result of the accumulation of electric charges. For the production of components which function as electrical insulators, the polycarbonates and polypropylene is used. The materials must meet stringent requirements in a wide range of electrical and electronic applications, such as flammability standard UL94 - V0, and RoHS standard and they are characterized by dielectric properties, low moisture absorption, resistance to chemicals and high temperature. Very good mechanical properties and high dimensional stability allow for the implementation of specific patterns.

single-coated adhesive tape
PROPERTIES
They are made of one-sided adhesive coated medium. Depending on the destination, the tapes differ by the type of carrier material and the adhesive. They are used in simple tasks such as packaging, temporary fastening of light elements, masking, as well as in complex industrial processes that require special parameters of the product.

Are mostly used as an alternative to mechanical connecting methods such as welding or riveting and bonding.
