The new generation printer applicator. Due to the modular structure, it can use both contactless technologies of sticking labels. The application of non-contact methods allows to apply labels regardless of the moving direction of the product, the shape and used material. The device can be applied to any print module (eg, Zebra PAX4). The machine, like any of our solution, is characterized by a solid, industrial design. The label may be apply to the top, side or bottom of the product. Label size and speed depend on the applied print module.

PROPERTIES
Special performance, based on 3138-NV structure. The machine uses a unique technology Dual Action Tampa (DAT) - a special stamp of the double-acting, which in one cycle stuck labels on two adjacent surfaces of the product. The application of labels is implemented sequentially. The first one is sticked by simple sliding of the stamp, the other by sturdy swing arm moving at 90 degrees. It is also possible to use only the arm, which eg implement the labelling of products in the front or rear. The device can be applied to any print module (eg, Zebra PAX4).

The printer applicator dedicated for corner or dual labelling (two labels are applied on the adjacent surfaces of the product in one cycle). The machine is based on the dispenser and print module from 3138-NV. Label’s applying element is a specially constructed vacuumized drum which is placed on swing arm. After detection of the object, the arm with drum set in position that allows to wrap label on the corner or apply the labels on two adjacent surfaces of the product. Applicator is individually configured into pallets or boxes. The device can be applied to any print module (eg, Pax4 Zebra).

New generation printer applicator designed for labelling pallets. The device allows to apply two or three labels for adjacent surfaces of the object, per single pallet stop. The machine is mainly applicable where large labels printing and logistics applications are needed. Efficiency of the device allows for marking up to 120 pallets per hour. Optionally, the device can be equipped with a label sensor or bar code reader, which verifies the propriety of marking on each pallet.
