Economic applicator is dedicated for simple applications. For labels’ application it uses technology of sticking the label by contact with the product. The device allows to apply the labels with dispense speed up to 25m per minute and label dispense accuracy of + / - 0.8mm. Labels are dispensed from the roll of diameter up to 305mm (76mm on the core). Like any offered machine - 3015 is made in a solid and durable casing. Labels can be applied on the top, side or bottom of the product, the right- and left-hand configuration.

PROPERTIES
A series of new generation applicators. Their modular design allows to apply any method of sticking the labels (contact or contactless). The application of non-contact methods allows to apply the label regardless of the direction of the product and the shape and the used material. Devices are characterized by a high speed (up to 50m per minute), while maintaining high label dispense accuracy (+ /-0.8mm), a standard roll diameter of 406mm (76mm on the core). They have industrial solid casing and its flexibility allows to apply label on each product.

PROPERTIES
A series of applicators designed for special applications where higher operating speed is required. The labels are applied by contact with the product. Machines can operate at speed up to 64 m per minute or 88 m per minute and increasing the label dispense accuracy to + / - 0.4 mm. The possibility of using rolls with diameters of 406 or 508 mm significantly increases the efficiency of systems and reduces the downtime needed to replace them. Like other offered machine, it has a solid industrial casing and the labels can be applied to the top, side or bottom of the product.

Those special applicators are used for labelling with very high speed. Two methods are used in applications. 3111 - uses the touch-free technology (no contact means that the passing direction of the product does not matter). 3155 - uses the touch-technology. Both applicators are able to dispense labels at speed up to 127m per minute, using high-speed external trays (available in our offer). Like other offered machine, it has a solid, industrial casing and the labels can be applied to the top, side or bottom of the product.

3114-DAT
PROPERTIES
Special design of the 3114-NV applicator, dispensing labels without contact with the product. The machine uses a unique technology Dual Action Tamp (DAT) - a special stamp of the double-acting, which applies labels on two adjacent surfaces in one cycle. The application of labels is implemented sequentially. The first one is sticked by simple sliding of the stamp, the other by sturdy swing arm moving at 90 degrees. It is also possible to use only the arm, which eg implement the labelling of products in the front or rear.

PROPERTIES
A special applicator designed for corner or dual labelling (two labels are applied on the adjacent surfaces of the product in one cycle). Applicator is based on applicator dispenser used in the 3115-NV. Label’s applying element is a specially constructed vacuumized drum which is placed on swing arm. After detection of the object, the arm with drum set in position that allows to wrap label on the corner or apply the labels on two adjacent surfaces of the product. Applicator is individually configured into pallets or boxes.
