We provide Helpdesk technical support (Polish and English) for all offered devices and IT systems. Our experts provide answers by phone or email if necessary, they are ready to connect to the client computer using TeamViewer.

 

Consultants are available on weekdays from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am until 16:00

 

The information that you may want to prepare before the interview:

  • The model and serial number

  • Message or an error code

  • Description of the situation in which the problem occurred

  • The type and version of the software etiLABEL / etiGHOST

  • If you have questions about the status of the repair product, please RMA No.
